Have you ever responded to an altar call and never heard anything after that?
Maybe you have questions about the Christian faith that a Sunday service does not have time to answer, or you want to share the Gospel with the people around you and do not know where to start. You’re not alone.
A lot of people come to Ignite every Sunday without a clear way to get from seeking a savior, to surrendering to Jesus, to walking with Him and helping others do the same.
So, we built the Faith Journey.
It’s a set of programs that carry you along the vine below, from the seed being planted in your heart, to roots and water, to fruit, to multiplying that fruit in other people.
Find the stage you are in, and take the next step from there.
The four stages on the vine
01
Watering — the roots go down. You get baptized, join a community, and build habits that feed you.
02
Bearing — the fruit shows up. You serve on a team, and you start discipling someone else.
03
Planting — the seed goes in. You hear the Gospel, decide to follow Jesus, and get rooted in the basics.
04
Multiplying — the fruit reproduces. You lead, you send, and the people you disciple begin discipling others.

01 Planting
This is where the seed of faith begins. In this stage, you may be exploring who God is, learning to encounter Him, discovering community, and beginning to understand the Gospel. Whether you are new to church, returning to faith, or simply curious, this stage is about being planted in the right environment to grow.

02 Watering
This is where faith starts to take root. In this stage, you are learning how to follow Jesus, grow in God’s love, take steps like baptism, and build a strong foundation through discipleship and community. Watering is about becoming steady, connected, and ready for deeper growth.

03 Bearing
This is where growth begins to produce fruit. In this stage, you are learning to apply God’s Word, serve faithfully, live transformed, and become more intentional about discipleship. Bearing is about moving from personal growth into visible fruitfulness in your life and service.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Growth Track is how you find your place on a team. It runs quarterly and ends in team placement.
04 Multiplying
This is where your life begins to reproduce faith in others. In this stage, you are growing as a servant leader, helping others follow Jesus, and carrying a deeper burden for the Great Commission. Multiplying is about becoming someone who not only grows, but helps others grow too.

MILESTONES EXPLAINED
Every step on the vine.
Rooted
The starting place for building a strong foundation in faith. It helps you understand the Gospel, encounter God personally, and begin your discipleship journey in community.
Salvation Declaration
The moment you personally respond to Jesus and acknowledge your decision to follow Him. This is a key spiritual step where faith becomes personal and intentional.
Follower
A Follower has made the decision to walk with Jesus and is learning what it means to live a life shaped by Him. This step is about growing in obedience, identity, and relationship with God.
Water Track
Water Track helps you understand the meaning and importance of water baptism. It prepares you to publicly declare the inward work God has done in your life.
Baptism
Baptism is an outward declaration of your faith in Jesus. It is a public step of obedience that shows you have identified with Christ and are choosing to walk in new life.
Growth Track
Growth Track helps you understand Ignite, discover your place in the body, and take practical steps toward serving. It is designed to help you move from attending to belonging and contributing.
Team Placement
Find a place to serve at Ignite. Connect your gifts, passion, and availability to a ministry team where you can grow while helping others.
Co-Laborer
Actively serving and partnering in the work of the Kingdom. Here, you shift from simply receiving to helping build, support, and strengthen the church community.
Disciple
Intentionally growing in the ways of Jesus. At this point, you are living a life committed to learning, obeying, applying God’s Word, and becoming more like Christ.
Disciple Maker
A disciple maker is someone who helps others grow in their walk with God. This step is about investing in people, sharing what God has taught you, and helping others take their next faithful step.
Fertilize Track
Fertilize Track is designed for deeper spiritual formation, maturity, and fruitfulness. It helps strengthen your foundation in God’s Word, character, service, and disciple-making.
Servant Leader
Someone who leads with humility, responsibility, and love. Here, you demonstrate maturity, faithfulness, and a willingness to serve others while carrying spiritual responsibility.
Gospel Multiplier
A Gospel Multiplier carries a burden to see others know Jesus, grow in faith, and become disciples themselves. This step reflects a life that reproduces faith, leadership, and Kingdom impact.
